According to the three and a half minute-long clip, staying at home is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to avoid the spread of the virus.

The video goes on to simulate how a healthy individual can get infected if he/she gets in close contact with another person who may be a “silent carrier” of the virus through respiratory droplets from their cough, sneeze, or by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it.

DOH further advised the public to refrain from leaving their homes, follow social distancing, practice proper hygiene, and maintain a clean environment in order to slow down the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
